Aethera supportive check-ins by text

Aethera can send you supportive wellness check-in text messages. If you are working with a practitioner, these messages are sent in partnership with them. This page describes the program so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you opt in.

What this program is

When you set up Aethera, you can choose to receive supportive check-in text messages. These are short, caring nudges that meet you where your day is: a steadying word when things run long, a check-in when a hard evening lands, an invitation back to what brings you home. They are sent by Aethera, and if you are working with a practitioner, in partnership with them.

This is a wellness program. The messages are never advertising and never promotional. They are only the supportive check-ins you asked for.

How you opt in

Opt-in happens only during onboarding at integrate.aethera.love, and only by your own action. There is no way to be added without doing this yourself:

  1. You enter your own mobile phone number.
  2. We text you a verification code, and you enter it, so we know the number reaches you.
  3. You check an explicit consent box that is unticked by default. Nothing is pre-selected for you.

Only after all three steps are complete does Aethera begin sending supportive check-ins. The consent box reads, word for word:

As soon as you opt in, Aethera sends you this confirmation message:

Opting out and getting help

You are always in control. Reply STOP to any Aethera message and the check-ins stop right away. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out, and after that we will not send you more unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or reach a person at hello@aethera.love. You can also change or turn off text check-ins anytime inside the Aethera app or onboarding.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

Opt-in consent and mobile phone information are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
